The term ‘Bank Warriors’ was coined by Craig Caulfield who found the term ‘Bank Victim’ did not represent someone who was prepared the defend themselves against a Bank. This brand was adopted over time by others who refused to roll over when attacked by powerful banks and their henchmen.
The Bank Warriors adopted the ‘Bow Tie’ to give a visual que that sets them aside from others in the crowd. CBA whistle-blower, Jeff Morris wore a bow tie to a ‘Financial Services Royal Commission’ hearing and it was suggested by advocate Natasha Keys that the Bank Warriors adopt the bow tie.
Many Bank Warriors hold shares in banks which entitles them to ask questions at the banks AGM’s. It is and has always been the Warriors policy to be respectful and factual, but at the same time ask the difficult questions that are not asked by Main Stream Media, politicians and that the general public are not aware.
Although the Warriors do not and cannot offer advice, they have and do support victims of banks to navigate what is a life changing experience.
